All retained personal information is subject to the controls of our data protection policy and will be securely disposed of when it is considered to be of no further use.
That being said, the internet is not completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our website or by email. Any transmission is at your own risk. We will however notify you if your personal information is impacted by a privacy breach that could reasonably result in a real risk of significant harm to you. We will also report any such privacy breach to the authorities.

DivineYu does not intentionally collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. Nor do we entice children to divulge any personal data, by any means. If we discover that we have accidentally collected information from a child, we will remove that information from our records as soon as technical possible (or obtain the necessary parental permission to retain it).
